Algerian dish. the MEHANCHA it's an Algerian dish and Algeria is right next to Morroco also knwn as the Biggest country in Africa just in case u dnt knw it and yea other countries do exist in North Africa. not just Morroco and you'd be surprised of how little u knw abt them ( other countries ) or at least how mistaken you are abt the origins of the Morrocan dishes and trust me the list is looong: )

Jamie, I know you love eating healthily. But these recipes look amazing AND a splurge. My question is. What is the way you balance healthy with delicious! I say this because I am in an ongoing battle between the two! Down 80lbs up 30lbs. Back on track!

Please stop doing Indian dishes you do them so badly it is untrue. You have never shown an Indian male in that cafe yet most of your dishes are Indian. Then you have the cheek to go on about the Empire and Raj!
