My son won't eat porridge and is a picky eater. as he doesn't eat hot food. and if he does it's completely plain boiled pasta. I know weird. have found he will eat banana bread so I have started to add wheat germ n seeds n nuts n oats blended. not unlike power powder lol he doesn't know it's there and he loves it. keep going x Jenny. Why can people not create their own cereal? Get their arses off the sofa one evening a week and blast some goodness into a sealed container? It's not rocket science and takes less than 5 minutes. People just freeing up their time to sit in front of tv or the internet: ( We will evolve into worms I am sure of it!

Jamie you have been my idol since i was young. (Naked cheif 1st come out) followed you since. Supported everything u do. The whole school dinners making them better. and im so glad they are so my kids have good healthy meals at school. have a queation have u or will you be bring out a vegan recipe book?

Love your stuff Jamie. Interested to know what your nutritional teaching is saying about any form of intermittent fasting (for adults of course, and for health) since your such an advocate for breakfast and that's usually the first thing to go. Xx

I'd definitely give a large produced Jamie cereal. Tried your power powder stuff but wasnt a fan of the nuts. Might try again with seeds. Give it a go mate.
