I cooked this on my birthday and it was my first time doing it and the taste was so good but the beef was so tough I dont know what I did wrong I followed all your directions I want to do this again one day but I dont wanna waste my money because this short ribs are pricey.

I remember having this in Suwon, we had dome shaped grilles in restraraunt, they worked very well. Bean paste, garlic, kimshee, sprouts and meat in a leaf wrap. Good job on the prep work.
