In my last recipe we learned how to make rice syrup, so today I'll introduce you to a traditional Korean candy made from rice syrup called yeot-gangjeong. K-unnie: Yes, We Korean really like this 'Gangjeong'. But these days it's hard to find the stores to sell this snack. Thank you for sharing a healthy recipe.
