I made this a few days ago and it was delicious! It was my first time rolling sushi and your sushi rolling video was a big help. Mine did not come out quite as pretty as yours, but it still looked pretty good and the taste was perfect! Thank you so much for the great video! I would love to see other vegan sushi ideas from you. Sushi is the one food that I have really missed since becoming vegan and I would love to try some other innovative vegan sushi. Thanks!

your right i should have done that already, the problem is i get so many different sushi ideas pulling me in various directions i forget i have to finish explaining some of the basics, like the black sushi rice. i will get round to it might take some time. its pretty simple though, just wash the black rice and then leave over night in water, when you cook it add 50% black rice and 50% sushi rice, prepare like you would make sushi rice from this point forward.

I think you should scrap it! The title/description tells what you are doing, and I don't see the point in saying that it's delicious or that we should watch until the end. no, 45 mins is not long enough, ideally I soak it in room temp' water over night to soften it, but if you use super hot water (90degrees+, I reckon 2 hours is at least, and you have to keep replacing the water every so often to keep the temperature up. the idea is to soften the black rice enough so you can cook it with normal rice together. Thanks!

Looks delicious! I am going to try to make this today and have a quick question. Do you have to season the rice or do you just use it plain? I've been watching other videos that recommend seasoning with rice vinegar, etc. Do you recommend that for this recipe or do you think it's just as good with plain rice?

Very handy recipe, and will try it soon. My question, though: your avocado didn't brown at all. Did you use any lemon/lime juice (or something else) to assist with preventing it browning? Or is this one of those make-it-now-eat-it-now recipes? Thank you! :)

It's not amazons policy not to send it to you it's the sellers if they dont wanna ship to other countries due to price. I sell all the time on ebay/amazon and i have lots of problems when i try and order especially from china/korea i never get my products

Just use paintless all-blank plastic bag which made by some brands. Or instead of pastic bag just simply use new printless colorless kitchen-use paper towel, the organic unbleached paper type preferred. Use your brain.
