I like when you smile: ) It's a bit ridiculous, but if you seem relaxed and enjoying yourself, I feel more confident in trying out the things you show us. Awesome Video! I vote for the salmon dreams sushi roll. Also, quick idea for the colored soya sheets, Make a rainbow roll, but instead of using nori, use all four colors of the soya sheet by cutting them and laying them on top of each other in layers, and then cutting it to were the sushi slices are different colors. I think that would be an awesome video!
