Tomato Garnish - Food Decoration - Japanese Sushi Chef Secret recipe. Chef Davy Devaux will show you a very simple quick and easy cooking technique to make the most beautiful tomato garnish that you can add to your sushi plates to make them stand out from the rest. You can also use this tomato garnish to decorate other food dishes; it does not have to be limited to decorating Japanese food dishes. How to make tomato garnish, simply slice a tomato in half then slice in to very thin slices using an extremely sharp knife, after cutting the tomato you stretch it out in to a line then you mold it in to a circular shape using your hands. This amazing recipe has the same impact are vegetable carving but it's much easier to prepare.

Yes you can make ginger roses, and I guess if you stack up the pickled ginger you should be able to do the same sort of thing. One of my most recent videos is about making a picked ginger and wasabi flower decoration. take a look you will probably like that one.
