In this video tutorial, I will show you 3 great Spanish style tapa sandwiches or flautas that you can make at home to get the best Spanish tapa bar experience. These 3 combinations are by far my top 3 favorites when I got to a tapa place in Spain. Catalan flauta - flauta bread - great quality olive oil (arbequina tree) general link for arbequina oil exact oil used in video - Jamon Iberico Bellota - Tomatoes Goats Cheese flauta - flauta bread - bacon - goats cheese - sugar cane syrup Sirloin steak with truffle - flauta bread - beef sirloin - potatoes - kewpie mayo - maggie sauce - white truffle oil spray - foie grass

1: 21 perhaps I didn't get your point? You indicated that lower quality (non extra virgin) olive oil was sometimes better than extra virgin, but then you proceeded to use an extra virgin olive oil. I think the point was that there are many types of olives and many ways to make an extra virgin olive oil, so we should experiment with those. Truth be told, one you get out of extra virgin olive oil into virgin and plain-jane olive oil the distinct characteristics of different olives disappears. Because then it's heated and/or chemically extracted which eliminates the goodies that contribute uniqueness.

Wow, great stuff! You must have such great potential in showing us your regional cuisine. Spanish cooking recipes and ingredients knowledge is something I would definitely like to see here!

5: 52 they all look incredibly tasty with a minimalistic but complementary suite of flavors and texture. But this one is what of love to try first. Thanks!

Try to spread the tomato directly without scratching the bread and then put the oil, this is how the PANTUMACA is made, NEVER with the striped tomato.

Amazing gourmet bocadillos (not tapas) and as many people told you in comments they are not very spanish even you born, rise and live in Spain: )
