Yay! So proud of you girl! I've been watching your content for about 8-9 years now. I've relearned so much from you. My ex was Latino, I married him at 19 and was immersed in the culture for roughly 14-15 years. My ex sister in law taught me so many Mexican dishes and I love Mexican food, it's my favorite food. But I'd lost so much of that knowledge over time. I was so thankful to find you in 2015. I remembered so much by watching your videos and I'm still learning today! I'm so very thankful for what you do for us all. I've been watching you so long we feel like family. I'm so thankful for you, girl. so does my whiteo esposo who loves Mexican food also. You just don't even know how much!

Thanks for your 10 years of dedication! You're amazing!

I watch a LOT of cooking videos, but I have actually cooked a few of yours; and I adore you your content, your style! You had me with your baked lemon garlic chicken. It’s something I still cook pretty regularly, especially when guests are coming. The bed of potatoes and onions make it a perfect meal. I just add a salad and everybody in my neighborhood here in Heusenstamm, Germany, knows who you are! Happy Valentines day. Happy anniversary!

I love your cookbook! But, could I suggest you include pictures in future books. I don’t recognize most of the recipe names, and I’m betting a lot of English speaking American’s don’t either.
