Thank you for this, I'll be making it tomorrow as I have most of the ingredients (cheddar bay biscuit mix, vegies, broth, evaporated milk, I've also been looking for recipes using evaporated milk as I really like having shelf stable stuff like that but I don't have many recipes using it.

I like to tightly cover mine with foil for 45-60 minutes until the biscuits are cooked through, then uncover and cook another 10-15 min until they're a nice golden brown on top. I can't ever seem to get both the doneness and the browning correct if I cook it uncovered from the beginning

I made the biscuit version, I didn’t like how the biscuits were brown on the top and raw at the bottom. No matter how much I baked it the bottom of the biscuit would not cook fully! next up the red lobster cheddar biscuit top.
