I have watched this video and have always wanted to make an enchilada casserole like this but I just don't care for too many canned sauces, with that being said NOW I always use your quick sauce recipe. It just hits spot on for my taste. Anyway, so I'm watching another video of yours on a salsa and wanted to know, how old is too old for a dried pepper I have some pasilla's that are just very wrinkled and hard (not crisp, hard) but I think these end up this way when dried not sure. Guajillo I can pick pretty well as they are more on the shiny side. AND are the taste of the Pasilla and Guajillo that much different (in a recipe)

My FB was hacked back in 17-18 nobody helped me to recover it so I never been back on since. I have heard several of my friends saying it also happened to them. I might try a few of these recipes. And the fish I’m like you I only like ketchup and hot sauce mixed for my fish. That plate sure was inviting

I thought it very sweet that you said, no worries of your kitchen space, it's a 1 pan deal. I'm a dietician by trade. And it's so easy to assume people even have a kitchen. This could be made on a campfire, providing the pan is correct. Just ty, it was a nice touch from your point of view.

We got back from vacation yesterday, and I’m trying to figure out an easy meal plan for the week to accommodate my tired brain and going back to work. I was goi; g to make alot of taco meat. Now I’m totally making half that beef into the enchilada rice. Quick pivot! Thank you!

I love using whole chicken thighs in the crockpot, but pulling the skins off before they go in so I can pop those in the oven to make cracklins on the side! Could probably do the same with drumsticks, just a more awkward shape lol

I love your one pan meals Angelica! The lows ppl will go to, to steal content from folks is ridiculous, I guess they don't believe in thou shall not steal. I came off of FB, too many ads, too much going on over there.

Love your videos. Just wanted to mention that on the tortellini soup if you add the cream at the end be careful soup base is not too hot or your cream will curdle. It doesn’t change the flavor but it doesn’t look good.

No blenders, no soaking, no dicing or chopping. Just bottled spices. Easy. Could use 3 or 4 more just to round out the week or seasons.
