Thank you so much for the recipe and video. I happen to be allergic to hopps so no beer for me, but as someone else mentioned, we can now have beer-like, lol. I usually like to put malt vinegar on this kind of fish, but now I'm anxious to try your tartar sauce. I even have my own homemade sweet relish to put in it. So guess what we're having for dinner tonight? lol Again, thanks for being so generous with your talent and especially your time. Most folks don't realize how time consuming making these videos can be.

Angelica, I went to a Mexican grocery here in my town looking to buy some good chili powder. They had lots of red powder in containers but none was a basic chili powder. The girl that was helping me wasn t quite sure what to suggest. I told her I wanted to make enchilada sauce(your recipe. I know you use a basic chili powder but I was surprised. What do you think?

Fish and chips if I got a good dish and chips, it is kind of my default dish. It is the crisp of the batter. The first thing is the presentation, if it comes to me and it, it is a nice golden batter, the back of my knife, a bit hollow, it is crispy and when I crunch thought it, I see the escape of stream, I smell the fish, I see the flake, flaky flesh.

Everything you make really comes out perfect. The fish didn't try up after deep frying it. I also add lemon juice to my tartar sauce but your extra added ingredients sounds delicious. So on payday I am going to make your style of recipe and I know that I am not going to be disappointed. Thnx for this video and recipe.

I followed your recipe step by step and used La Chouffe a blond Belgian beer. I have never had such good fried fish, totally amazing. You selected a good blend of spices and the batter is excellent and I never deep fry. Thanks that was amazing

. I keep a length of that rubber shelf liner on the counter work surface to put mixing bowls and cutting boards on for a non-slip surface when mixing or cutting, and to protect the counter top. As always, the fish looks delicious.
