Yum mama. The sauce is great. I halved the fetticine and replaced it with 4 ouness each of homegrown broccoli, califl, and green and purple beans, and a couple of peas left from spring harvest, and diced a shiitake mushroom I grew in logs from a red oak limb. I love watching your recipe videos and adapting them to stuff do and will I grow on the homestead. Goal is to grow every ingredient possible.

You do a terrific job of explaining how to make your recipes and that s why I watch. Don t pay any attention to the people that feel it necessary to explain how they would do it, they should start their own YouTube videos. I love your recipes, they re easy to understand and the Mexican rice and arroz con pollo are my favorites. I ll be trying this next.

Nice job as always, here is a tip. whenever you are sweeting out onions or garlic, start them in a cold pan. Just toss in the garlic and cold butter, maybe a pinch of salt, and put the heat to it. By doing it in this manner you extract the maximum flavor with minimum danger of browning the butter or the garlic (or onion. Thanks for sharing.

I ran across your video, recipe, invited my nephew over for Sunday dinner, he was giving my wife all kind of praise over the dish, until he find out I made it his reaction what's so funny I couldn't stop laughing at him, he went back for three more servants that let me know it was real good, looking for more of your recipe videos, thanks

Looks very good. It will be on my to plan menu within a week. This is a really simple meal that could be planned for a lunch or dinner. You are correct. this is best prepared when you have all your ingredients at your finger tips including all the shrimp cleaned and devaned. Thank you for your demonstration.

I've made this version and others before. I do it differently each time. This has a lot of flavor from the cream cheese. At the end it looks like your husband was going to take a big bite til he realized you were filming so he made it smaller lol
