Baked Lemon Garlic Chicken Recipe Skipper: Sounds like a great recipe! Definitely will be trying this one. One thing that I've seen on videos. It's when some folks combine spices together; they don't wipe the measuring spoon before dipping it into the next spice. As a matter of habit, I have two or three paper towels handy, when I'm putting spices together. Before I go to the next spice, I thoroughly wipe the spoon. It may not make that much of a difference. But I don't like to put the spoon into the next spice, before wiping it down. Another trick I've learned, is to run my spices through a strainer several times, using two bowls. That mixes them together really good! I'd just thought I would throw the spices thingie out there!

Ms. Gochujang, just finished cooking this recipe and it turned out great - my son loved it! Thank you! This recipe turned out to be a lot more complicated for a newbie like me (my last major chicken dish was Shake and Bake chicken in my university days. My fault for not finish watching the entire video before committing. One question though. My cream sauce was less thick then yours on the video. Do you know how I can thicken it? In any case, thank you for the video! You have a beautiful voice btw.

I'm trying this tonight! I live in Texas too, but I can't go to the store due to flooding. So I'm going to take some stuff I have and substitute a bit. Instead of baby potatoes I'll cut a baked potato down to large quarter chunks, and instead of heavy whip cream, I have half and half. I might have to cook it a bit longer to get it thick, but I think I'm willing to try it! Love your dry rub! First video and you did great!

Just made this for the hubby and I! He loved it! I accidentally added too much lemon to everything & the flavor was a tad overpowering. However, I put almost an 1/8 cup of Parmesan cheese into the sause as it cooked so all the flavors ended up leveling out together. Great recipe; we will use it again! Thank you for sharing

I wish you would talk less and make the procedures faster. Your cooking video is too long because you talk too much and move too slow. Anyway your dish looks good and I'll try this one but I can't stand watching your too long video because you talk too much and I hope you would do things faster.

Making this right now. I made holes and stuffed garlic and celery in my big leg quarters. It smells so good can t wait to eat dinner with my family right now! Thanks for the recipe. Also. I didn t have heavy cream I tried mushroom canned cream we Ll see how that tastes lol

Great receipt, I'm sure it's tasty too, I have one advice for you: don't use in the same receipt meat and dairy, it's so very unhealthy, if must, you can use vegetal cream, it taste good and it's much more healthy! Congrats my dear, and success!

Just made this tonight for my roommate and I. The chicken was great, perfect balance in the seasoning. I did kind my own thing with the potatoes but all together the sauce and chicken just went great served with the potatoes and spinach
