Today I am making bistec borracho or drunken beef. I will also show you 2 easy salsa to for these delicious tacos. This is gonna be good! Ingredients 2 lbs thin beef for milanesas or bistec 12 fl oz beer juice of 2 to 3 medium limes 1 medium onion fresh cilantro 4 clove of garlic 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cracked black pepper 2 1/2 to 3 cups beef broth

Beer as a marinade. MOST DEFINITELY. Years ago (30 years plus) I ate the most delicious tri-tip steak. long story short. I've frequent that periodically since.

I don t know why I doubted it would be good. it did not look good too me. It looked like it was just poaching in its juices. But it turned out amazing. She always manages to make everything look deliciously amazing! thank you for the recipe definitely going to try it

What's not to like. Sooo MUCH love, care & patience! I KNOW this is gonna be the kind of good I'd share the first batch, but the next time I'm locking the door, turning off the phone and having a movie themed party for me, myself & I, lol

Is there anything that can be subbed for cilantro? I have the gene that makes it taste like soap. :( i can only use the tiniest bit before being overwhelmed by soapiness.

I think corn tortillas are sold uncooked with the hope that the consumer finishes cooking them properly, kinda like some brands of bread.
