Today I am cooking at home and making a creamy stovetop queso dip. I will be adding ground beef and green chiles seasoned with smoked paprika to give this a smoky queso dip flavor. Ingredients 8 oz (227 g) lean ground beef 1/2 tsp beef bouillon (or salt) 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 scallion (chopped) 4 oz can (113. 5 g) diced green chiles (drained) 8 oz (227 g) America processed cheese (Velvetta) 4 oz (113. 5 g) cream cheese (softened) 6 oz (170 g) pepper jack cheese (shredded) 4 fl oz (118 ml) whole milk

Oh why do I torture myself when I watch it videos half the time I'm just waking up to them or I watch right before I get ready to make something to eat (keep in mind this is after the fact I tell my kid's I'm making them certain food or already bought the stuff to make) and there is me looking at my food like I'm not satisfied I want that Angelica made for herself or family and it doesn't matter how delicious my thing's are or is i always want whatever she makes. I swear someone needs to invent smellavision and reach out and give a plate says the person who lost so much weight the past year and would probably gain it all back in a hour if I ate all ur Deliciousness

Thank you. I love cheese anything. I try hard to reduce my use of it for health reasons, so I want to improve my use of it when I do use it. You have helped in many ways.
Question, how can I use a rue, like I saw in one of your recipes, without tasting the flour? I am, at least in my head, too poor to risk wasting cheese with experiments. I want to try many cheese sauces, but what about the rue?

Hi looks delicious, I make mine in the crockpot I cook a pound of ground beef with chopped garlic and onions, pour in pot then one can of rotel original because it has everything and one pound or two of cubed velveeta cheese cover and stir so delicious and a crowd pleaser for the holidays serve over tostadas

I like mine with petite diced tomatoes and pinto beans. Cooking in the house is miserable when there is no central air. It must be a blessing. My kitchen is 82 degrees, at this moment, without cooking.

Happy Fourth! Thank you for this recipe. I have been thinking of making Queso all week. I love that smoky flavor that the smoked paprika adds. Please share where you got the pan from, I love it.

I would take Velveeta cheese and melt it with Amy's chili soup or something (I can't remember the exact one, would be even better with pepperjack. I'm vegetarian, pescatarian actually.

My wife makes this with breakfast sausage, which I don't like by itself but somehow makes queso really tasty. Don't understand how it works, just that it does.

Looks divine, when I attempt to make it, I think im gonna go a little runnier with more milk, just because I know that cheese dips tend to firm when off the heat.

That looks amazing! Please tell me that pan is from H E B too so that way when I go pick up ground beef and velveeta, I can get it while I m there! Lol
