Today I am making an easy lemon butter shrimp bake. I will also serve with chipotle rice and a side salad
Ingredients
2 lbs raw extra large shrimp
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 large lemon
1 Tbsp Italian herb blend
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
9 x 13 baking dish
fresh parsley for garnish
Glamdolly30: Do you ever use frozen, cooked shrimp Angelica? Would those cooked, frozen shrimp work for this recipe? I'm English and we don't have the best fresh seafood in this country! I'm nervous of cooking raw shrimp/prawns in case of food poisoning, so always buy them precooked and am careful not to over cook, only warm through/sear. Never cooked shrimp in the oven like this, but would love to try! Date: 2022-07-19
