Today I am cooking at home and making cheesy quesatacos with chicharrones in salsa. You can use the melting cheese of your choice and even use green salsa. Ingredients 4 Roma tomatoes 1/2 small onion 1 or 2 jalape os 1 garlic clove 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder salt to taste 6 oz bag pork rinds 6 to 8 corn tortillas 10 oz Asadero cheese cooking oil for griddle Diane: Hi A! I liked your recipe today. Is this a Mexican thing or did you make this recipe up? I have a big bag of BBQ pork rinds from Sam's Club out in my dining room. Never thought to do this! Looks Yummy!

I wish they made a 7 or 8 corn tortilla, the little ones I just can't seem to get enough goodies in. I love chicharrones but never thought about re-hydrating them in salsa, that sounds yummy.

Hey hope your well my neighbor made tamales out of taco massa it came out fluffy have tried that and mix the Salsa in it before making the pork
