Today I am cooking at home and making homemade green salsa with avocado. This is perfect for tacos or as a dip.
Ingredients
2 tomatillos
2 jalapenos
small onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
salt to taste
1 small avocado
fresh cilantro
2 scallions
food: I made chicken chile verde yesterday and it was virtually the same ingredients plus the poblano. I charred everything as you did, blended, simmered for a good while.
