I make one every morning during the school yr. for my Grandson. He does try to turn in 'special orders' like he was a working man ordering from a food truck. I don't do special orders. He will need to get a job for that. I do have a tip. Put the potato in the insta-pot for 3 min of pressure the night before (whole, unpeeled) the stick it in the fridge and the next morning peel, dice and brown. It cuts cook time down by 15 minutes.

Happy Sunday ya'll! I too am a big fan of Bucees, especially their merch. Heard you say BBQ, which I love! Yumm! When ever you're in SA, for some good BBQ checkout Robert's BBQ on 410 access road. Really good! Love and enjoy your show and have made many of your recipes, so easy and delish! Recently bought your cookbook which I also love! Thanks for sharing all that you do and keep it coming!

We just heard about Bucees this year watching Adam the Woo, and we had already decided to stop at one on our trip this fall when we go out West. I love the looks of your burrito/taco, and I really want to ask my husband to try making your homemade tortillas. I am no good at rolling things out, but I think he would do a great job.

Looks delicious!
One of the absolute best breakfast burritos I ve ever had was at a truck stop in Alamogordo, New Mexico. It was just a very simple sausage, potato, and Hatch green chili burrito. So very simple, yet, so very wonderful.

The best breakfast tacos I ever had were at Ken's Tacos and Subs in Austin. Actually, the best cheesesteak I ever had was not in Philadelphia but was at Ken's.

I m not a fan of their tortillas, a bit raw and sweet. Don t get me wrong I love Buckees. Maybe cause I m from San Antonio we are picky.
