Looks real good. My niece tried to make chicken soup in an instant pot and after she released pressure she proceeded to open it and it exploded all over her arm and got burned real bad. So people be very careful when opening. I always let mine set for 10to 20min. Then release any steam.

I love my Instant Pot. I use it so much! If you've never used a pressure cooker there is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it the possibilities are endless.
Btw, your Viva has a different lid than mine.

I like the red lentils the best. Well I think they are orange. I cook it this way minus the bell pepper and I start out with a little chicken I browned and stewed a little. I serve it with rice and lime slices.

Hi A. ! I tried Lentil soup in the Crock Pot before. It seemed liked it never was going to get soft so I threw it out. I dont use a Insta Pot. mite try this again in the CP. Nice video!
