I am making ground beef tacos this week and always have trouble with the shells. It's always something. I need to revisit this video the day I make them and make sure I salt them a little. Sometimes I miss just buying the already made taco shells but frying them on your own is so much better, it's hard to go back to the already made shells.

I just watched your cookware vid. and now asking about the griddle you are using. I have a beast of a cast iron griddle and looking for something like you used in this video. BTW- I love your refried beans and Spanish rice.

I just purchased the nortic pans, and a friend reminded me that I should always use parchment paper between any food and the pan, so I don't take in any extra aluminum. The chicken looks very delicious!
