Today I am going to make the viral immunity bombs that have been circulating on social media. The combination of ginger, lemon, and turmeric with a dash of black pepper is known to have many health benefits. One of those benefits is to soothe or aid cold and congestion. The cracked black pepper helps with the absorption of the properties of turmeric. Ingredients 1 lb lemons 8 oz fresh ginger root 5 oz fresh turmeric 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper 2 1/2 cups of water I made 6 round ice cubes and filled 2 standard ice trays with this recipe once frozen, store in a freezer bag and place in the freezer for later use

Love this!
The skin of lemon has a lot of healing properties. Gonna make these.
I also made a garlic and honey concoction in a jar. You let it sit for few weeks in a mason jar on the counter. All the garlic infused in honey. Once you open it refridgerate.

Looks great! My immune system really started functioning well when I started tracking and making sure I was eating enough protein, wonder if there's anything to that as well.

Cayenne has numerous health benefits but it s turmeric that has anti-inflammatory properties. Gona be looking for fresh turmeric.

You may want to use organic lemons, when eating the skin. Cut up the whole lemon healthy benefits using the pith and seeds.
