I am making an easy, simple dinner. These easy chicken flautas in a brothy green salsa are so good! 1 lb shredded chicken 12 to 15 corn tortillas 2 large tomatillos 2 jalape os 1/2 small onion 3 cloves garlic 2 to 2 1/2 cups chicken broth salt to taste garnish with Mexican crema and Cotija cheese Kevin: My wife LOVES flautas. I found a restaurant up here in Brampton, that seriously rips off Mexican food. It s run by an Indian and they charge 10 Canadian for two flautas. Even I know that s insane. I work with a guy from Mexico, they transferred him up here from within our company for a safety improvement representative. He wants to start making real Mexican food and selling it. I told him my wife and I are down for that.

Why do you have a hard time taking a tortilla out of the pan? Use a spatula not a salad tossing wood utensil. I never heard of a consumme for flautas. Your vids lately are questionable.

Do you have any ideas how to air fry in the oven? Our newer stove has that option, used it once with less than perfect results. Never tried again. Love your recipe ideas.
