Hey, this idea just came after talking to my sister with young home-schooled kids in quarantine. You know what would go over GREAT? You start making some Home-Ec videos for kids to learn to cook! Geared toward your son's age +/- 3 years. Simply Mama is an excellent name for a determined lady like yourself to become America's students at-home cooking instructor. Your personality and intonation say patient teacher. Parents are looking for any way to 'educate' their kids at home without going nuts. Cooking is a skill and an art, and something we should all be doing more of (and planting, too. Modern parents loooove Master Chef Junior. Think Romper Room and Mister Rogers meets Julia Child and you! Teach kids to cook and let parents help. Boom. Automatic engagement for 45 minutes of the school day for millions of moms at home taking the edge off with baked goodies and candy.

As always, your recipe looks AMAZING! Can you recommend a good wok that wont break the bank? I've never owned one before, but I'm learning more and more recipes and would like to get a good wok. I use my old seasoned iron skillet for a lot of recipes but its not big enough for many of the recipes that I'm learning. When it comes to a wok I don't know what I'm looking for. Help lol

I need to stop watching these videos at 2: 00am, I get hungry and want to eat all the time and I'm getting fatter than I already am! Damn this 'lock down' has messed up my biological watch to where I'm sleeping all day and being a 'Hoot owl' all night. But this recipe looks so darn good I'd eat it ANYTIME!

Looks good, thanks for sharing, now I have a question about frying my egg foo young the 1st time I made a big batch in my big wok they came out perfect but I fried it in my cast iron 8 inch wok 1 at a time n the grease bubbles by chance would you know why this is happening?

Hi A! I enjoyed this recipe. Thats my fav kind of food. I heard they may not open buffets here in OHIO. Oh no. they are the only places I eat at! I may have to try your great recipe. It looks so. Yummy. The sauce sounds so. good. Wish I had a plate of it now! Stay safe.

I'm a freak for Asian food but when Rona hit all of the restaurants closed down due to supply issues. I just found out today that my Asian spot re-opened. Your dish looks so good that I'll be running to my local joint with my hands in the air. Thank you so much!

I don't care for bell pepper but the onion with some broccoli sounds really good. I love the tip of soaking in the baking soda be an then blanching the meat. Can you do general chicken maybe, perhaps, please, thanks.
