Mark, my brother, I gain about 5 pounds every time I go on one of your video binges. I suggest you get a lipid panel test from your doctor just to be safe as I am thin like you and eat like you but I have to take medicine for cholesterol and triglycerides. Thanks and God bless.

Would you stop saying meats and call it out for the animal it is cuz I really wanna know if I could consume it and I cannot consume pork due to religious reasons example in the sausage part or the other parts sorta misleading man
