People, Mark's brother Joel WIENS s is probably a great comfort to Mark and his family when traveling. Being Mark's brother they naturally react in many of the same ways, facial reactions etc. as they have been raise at the same dinner table, it is great to hang out with siblings. I feel sorry for Joel always being overshadowed. Im not sure if Mark has ever introduced Joel as his brother on his videos not just my friend or not, but he should and be proud to have Joel at his side.

I thought at the beginning the label 120 was for the weight of the fish head. Surprisingly 120 instead of 120 grams. Before fish head curry was even invented in the 40s, they use to throw the head away. Raw fish head is believed to have been discarded or valued lowly by fishmongers in the past. It wasn't considered a delicacy at that time.

Again, the fingers used for eating is a HUGE turn OFF You have forks and spoons, what is it with the fingers. ? Food looks good, I am not into curry, seems lots of folks enjoy it though.
