Daing. you need to have a serving knife and fork to slice and cut the lechon. Do not use your hand because youve already put that in your mouth, so unhygienic. just like you do not use your personalSpoon as a serving spoon once you put it in your mouth

I really like this meal. Next time you go to Portugal, do to a place called Bairrada. You'll have pig like that, without the rice, but I imagine that rice tastes out of this world. I enjoy your videos. Live in Canada but I'm from Lisbon.

I noticed some of the people didn't notice that they were in Bangkok. They invited Lechon Diva over. She FILIPINIZED the whole place people thought it was the Phils. And everyone had a great time. Mark became insane. End of story.
