Great presentation. Now I know how to opon a Crab. However, a small spoon or the knife they provided you is more efficient than fingers. I would have dipped the meat in the sauce provided and included some vegies with the meal. Was the Crab meat spiced after boiling? Wasabe would have complemented the taste. Wow, that was a King price 60/person, Merci me.

Food shows are so cruel for me to watch. I would stuff my belly full and still feel wanting to eat those from the video. I countered what the video is doing to me by stuffing myself. Or eats while I watched. I would like to get through the video without going mad.

Thank you, great review of Hokkaido fish market, I wish Britain would use and eat more seafood, but most of the fish is exported, and no real drive to get seafood to the people, or maybe the people sadly dont want it. I'm going to Hokkaido soon.

For 2 crabs at 340 Well that is quite expensive. Lobster cost elsewhere is 20 a pound or 40 a kilo for 8 pieces of lobster. Why the exorbitant price even for a local crab harvested?

I have never had crabs, red, white, hanasaki or some one else's, Food & Eye are tight, so squeamish or a finnicky belly, is not my problem. Your efforts will be rewarded
