Watching Mark religiously every week & being a Banglorean. 'Mark trying Mudde (that black finger millet ball) is the moment'.
'Mudde' being so humble of a dish and tasteless which most people don't enjoy is probably the most ancient dish of South India. It has roots in our African decent and the making process is very similar to that of 'Fufu', ' Ugali' etc.
Shout out to my African brothers watching this & thanks to Kripal for accurately represting Karnatakas culinary richness to rest of India and now the world.

These people publicize all these eateries. tomorrow morning people rush to these places and stand in long queues. eat like buffallo. and fall into various health troubles of obesity, cholestrol, heart attack and cardiac arrest and die at age of 30s or 40s. This is what happening in bengaluru with everyone from IT employees to film heroes.

At Bengaluru, NEER Dosa, Akki Dosa and Raagi Dosa is a MUST TO TASTE!
I tasted Crispy, healthy Akki Dosa at Malleshwaram, years back in 2007.
And the Strong Filter Coffee!
A very refreshing, hot and foaming Filter Coffee to have in Cold Weather of Bengaluru!

Gentlemen, one question is running through my mind and I cannot find an answer. Why do the cooks in this video cover their heads, and they also asked Mr. Mark to cover his head, and at the same time they mix and stir the food with their completely bare hands!

So no more India videos after this Seems like Mark will cover this on a state by state basis every couple of years, Andhra and Tamil Nadu might be next on the cards going by that logic.

That Idli disgusting. Indian food are prepared in a very unhygenic way. Why don't they use gloves like the panipuri guy when touching food. Hope you were okay after eating that mate.

Humble suggestion:
Next time, add a hint of sweet chutney as well in the Pani puri. this will give you a different twist.
Especially when we use peas as a filling.
