The tomato bhel, bhel puri, hesaru bele were all outstanding, bursting with flavor and spicy! Price - 60 Rupees ($0. 72 USD) Bengaluru Cafe - Naman then took us to an extremely popular food and hang out spot that’s known for all sorts of South Indian street foods and coffee. I tried their amazing vada with coconut chutney, idli, and butter masala dosa. Price - 35 Rupees ($0. 42) for the vada. Krishna's Cart - Finally we went to another extremely famous dosa cart where they specialize in pink colored beetroot dosa. Again, an outstanding dosa and wonderful street food experience. From here we literally had to run to catch out flight back home to Bangkok!

I am glad that you are with these lovely blokes where they will keep you focused on the food not glorify it with too much English like Kripal. When Vloggers hog the attention than the food under review, the purpose of the Vlog is lost. You are a good Vlogger Mark. You have your trademark mannerisms but still the food is the central theme.
It’s like watching Godfather only for Brando and ignore the stellar performances of the cast, the direction and work of the technical crew and the brilliant music. You know what I mean.
A food vlogger should visit, eat and share his honest opinion without too much talk and exaggeration. The old adage a picture conveys a thousand words a day in this case a video still holds relevance

One small suggestion mark if you are seeing this.
There are many other dishes that you should try in south india other from idli, Vada, dosa and chats
Some main ones particularly in karnataka are:
1) puliyogre (tamarind rice)
2) bisi bele bath
3) chitranna( lemon rice)
4)sambar rice
5) rasam rice at some authentic hotel for lunch / dinner
6) PULAO
7)tomato bath ( tomato rice)
8)vangi bath ( brinjal rice)
9) uppittu(khara bath) ( which you tried almost by chance 19: 10)
10) Mangaluru buns (poori made from flour banana)
All the rice items mentioned are cooked with different masalas and it tastes different.

Very good video, as always. Please, Mark, let us have some sound from Joel in your videos. We haven't seen him with you in a while, so a bit of sound from him will be appreciated.
I hope you see this as a constructive criticism to a wonderful food review.
You're the best, Mark

You have to be really mad or really desperate to eat Indian street food. After seeing so many disturbing videos of them preparing food without minimal hygiene among rats and other things, dude, you really has courage.
reply

Thank you Mark. For coming to India. and not going to chaotic chor bazar (thieves market) in old Delhi like most vloggers who visit india.
But instead going around other cities and having some diverse food.

If I had a world map made of paper and a lot of needle and put them on the map where mark had been over the years, it would be a very big job to do. And it will end up look like a global porcupine. Haha.

You’ve done a lot of south India now. You have to go north east now which is largely unexplored, even for the everyday Indian. And it is quite amazing!
