I love your videos. watched many over the years. But I have noticed that you always completely overload everything in chili if there is
any around. Try to respect the dish as is, instead of trying to make it YOUR dish with chili. etc.
A bit is fine. but don't make it a chili dish if its not.

That is 1 country I keep telling my husband we ARE going to. I'd fly into Tokyo, convert currency, get personal supplies we need, other things, hit some of the top street venders, get some bento boxes, drinks and head to the country sides, stay at Ryokans with onsen
