The fried Plantains are called Aloko, atleastthats what I was told Also you have to use your whole hand to eat Fufu because it gives you more grip and normally when you eat with your hands you use your left hand because you wipe your behind with the right one Thats tradition where I am from

Culture is so similar to Indian culture. The way village people gather, the way they take you to show coca, way they prepare food also the white bean is prepared in the same manner as ours. I could tell you food is very delicious.
