I could not agree more with this request. Also more about day to day living would be really, really appreciated. The nitty gritty about travel, pre-booking a room (how do you find them, a preferable website or do you have an agent? , how far in advance do you book ), laundry (washing your smalls in a sink and drying them on a bit of string). That kine thing. Ta in advance if you get time.

I love watching your videos Do you reckon you could do some of you ordering the food? That's one thing that I find difficult whenever I go overseas is ordering street food where they can't speak english and I don't know what to order. So i always end up eating at quite flash restaurants where I know the waiters speak English. I always regret it when I get home though

Tanzania is known for their bananas esp, the Chagga tribe. I believe they have a banana drink, and a porridge. We make the porridge in the Caribbean, we sweetened it with condense milk, sugar, gratered nutmeg, the bananas are gratered and boiled then we sweetened it. Yum

Gutter Oil In China Used In Street Food Cooking oil is used heavily in Chinese food, so some street vendors and hole-in-the-wall restaurants buy cheap, black market oil that's been recycled from garbage.

Looks fantastic. What would be great if in the description or even on the google plus page you could get the recipe if possible. But other then that, This is a fantastic looking dish.
