One of the many street food snacks to eat in Myanmar is a dosa, also known in Burmese as a kee mar. Read the Its Shas: I wish I could break out from my daily routine, working the same everydame in a place where the values of what you represent in most of your videos, are mostly lost. I honestly would kill for a life like that. (srsly I wouldnt, but you get what I mean. Food is culture and culture is food. Not where I live unfortunatly: (

Hey Mark, great video: ) Its almost similar to the indian version of dosa. Indian version is stuffed with mashed potatoes mixed with spices. And that dark glaze inside is probably spicy dosa chutney. u know what, me & my wife follow every video of yours. You are doing a great job: )

Ok i have another wild idea, you can create an inbuilt app game having you travel the world and gaining a point system, trying different foods, if you sway your head to a certain level can creat points hahaha great idea huh?

When you commented on the ink, the newspaper looked like it was soaked in grease. I've never tried dosas but have eaten plenty of crepes/galettes and don't recall that much oil. Terrific video as usual. Lively cool street.

Looks great. If I could, I want to be like you one day. I'll be really happy if you can come here to Sarawak, East Malaysia. You should try our food- it's just so exotic. (Try our laksa, it tastes different): D

Dosa is from South India. Many South Indian merchants had settled in Burma. They used to trade in spices and Burmese teak wood. But all of them left during the war. They left their mark on Burmese food.
