Hi, Mark, looks like you had such a great trip. I reviewed all of your Taiwan episodes. May I suggest you change the title of this journey to Northern Taiwan or Taipei and its vicinity? Calling it Taiwan is misleading since you really visited areas in and near Taipei. Taiwan actually consists of many other regions than just Taipei. Hence calling it Northern Taiwan may be more appropriate. Thank you.

3: 21 heading reads Homey farm style dishes cooked like the way grandma cooked it5: 28 garlic chives variant that has a flower bud at the tip. 5: 50 dried turnip omelette. Ultimate Taiwanese comfort food. It's super good with plain rice porriage. I don't believe there's pork in it. 7: 44 it's pan fried and the middle jelly-like part is the milk fish belly. Great series Mark. Love it

Hi Mark, From Sydney Australia here I've just spent the last few weeks (a few a night) watching the whole series of Taipei. What an amazing journey you guided me through. I felt I was traveling with you. The temples, gardens and especially that Tea Place you went to, such an experience. It was a great ride thanks for sharing your dishes, hotpot, noodles and yummy but strange treats.

hello dude. I accidentally saw your video on youtube, and your videos are awesomeI am from Taiwan and always proud of the food here. It is quite a joy to see how you enjoy our food. And also your reaction and comment are really impressive. Maybe next time you come to Taiwan, you can go to Tainan or kaohsiung, cities in south of Taiwan. There are more outstanding cuisine you will find

Taiwan has a lot more to offer, you should try traveling to other cities of Taiwan too if you have the chance in the future. I have been away from my city, Kaohsiung, for almost six years for school and work. I wish I can go back sometime soon to see my family again. I also miss the food back in Taiwan. The best thing about Taiwan is every city has great food to offer.

Hi Mark. I enjoy watching your videos but you should take some notes from more seasoned food travelers like Bourdain or Zimmern. Sometimes the way you describe the food you eat doesn't make a whole lot of sense or are lacking. For example you said the soybean milk was very milky. Uhm. ok. You need to up your vocabulary game bro Otherwise, good job
