Where are the meatballs? That's actually the main part in the Moc. You should have 4 of them, at least. The pot was filled without a fraction of inch in between each ball so they could afford to give u some, but I don't see one in your bowl. Plain isn't the word for the soup, but a light broth, similar to chicken broth but with pork. This looks good, minus the lack of main dish the meatballs. I'm Vietnamese and I think they jipped you: P Thanks for the video man

We really enjoy you travel and eat. Our kids loves you. One morning our 2 yo son said i wanna go to mark wiens and eat. You've been an inspiration to us that's why we live the way we are now and make some youtube videos also. Since we can't afford travel international, we started travel here in the US with our RV. Mark, I I wrote you a short post, but closed the window before sending - I think. In your travels around the city could you include a video of a gas station where all those motorcycles refuel. In the states we never see anything like that. It would be cool to see how all those people cycle in and out of a gas station. Thank you and LOVE your show

yeah, the Moc is the most main thing of this noodle but they didn't give you this. Moc is also a very special thing that if you are a Vietnamese, you'll find yourself so hard to find a right good Moc. Just to tell you that you didn't eat the right bun moc, haha.

Also u should have added in fermented shrimp paste as well, these type of noodle dish goes great with some fermented shrimp paste. To make the dish on the sour side of thing and not plain like you have mention.
