Mark, we see all the motorcycle and scooters, could you take a minute and show us what a gas station looks like in such a busy city. And let us know the procedure to fuel the bikes. Also, have you ridden them - let us know. Thanks - hope this makes a nice segment, here in America it is all very interesting to see other countries.

Hello Mark and YingGreat to see you againI love noodle soups and noodles in all variations. In Vietnam, there are the best herbs in the world. The know how to herbs and vegetables served separately, as a side dish. Great video look forward to the next video.

Thanks, Mark, for reviewing this soup. It's one of my all time favorites. But I prefer the unsweetened version in Ca Mau. I think it's the best. By the way, I can cook the soup and have been told that it's better than many restaurants in the US.

Bun mam is one of my favorite dish. One of the best noodle soups that Vietnamese cuisine offers. It is an acquired taste considering we use shrimp past and fermented fish sauce. Which we call mam, and I love mam Hat bowl looked amazing

How do you handle the language when you order food in other countries mark? not many countries in asia is english friendly i believe, i know that your wife speaks thai, but i doubt that helps in vietnam or japan.

Mark Pleaseee visit Da Nang & Hue, central of Vietnam I think the food there are perfect to your taste. Vietnamese Southern food is on the sweet side so I don't feel like you really enjoyed the food.
