Thank you to Andrew Zimmern Patrick Weiland, Erin, and the entire team for the opportunity to hang out and eat some of the best Thai food in Bangkok Eating Thai Food with Andrew Zimmern: 00: 11 Lunch at home in Bangkok - Before going to meet up with Andrew Zimmern, I had a quick early lunch back at home. My meal included some tom yum pla too (Thai tom yum soup with mackerel) and a quick kai jeow (Thai omelet. 2: 06 Meeting up with Andrew Zimmern - We headed to the Dusit Zoo in Bangkok to meet up with Andrew Zimmern, and after the TV film crew arrived, I jumped into a tuk tuk and we picked up Andrew. From there, we drove around in the tuk tuk getting to know each other and started heading to the Soei restaurant area. 3: 46 Soei Restaurant - One of my all time favorite restaurants in Bangkok, and I was extrmeely excited to eat here with Andrew Zimmern. We ordered a few of my favorite dishes including Thai crab curry, and also tom yum pla too, which is the same dish I had eaten for breakfast at home as well. One of the main snacks to order at Soei are the deep fried crispy mackerel heads, and they were, as always, extraordinary - crispy all the way through, lightly salted, and incredibly flavorful. Soei served us yet again another outstanding Thai meal in Bangkok. 9: 34 On our way to Ratchawat Market - Along with Soei being one of my favorite restaurants in Bangkok, Ratchawat is one of my favorite markets in Bangkok. We jumped back into the tuk tuk and drove over to Ratchawat Market. Our tuk tuk driver, whose name was PWeera, took us first to one of his favorite street food stalls in the market, which was hot dogs cooked in wrap around buns. Andrew and I both agreed that they werent the best things we tried, but luckily there was a lot more to eat at the market. Our next stop was for some Thai street meat at the corner stall where we sampled northern Thai sausage, and some crispy pork belly. Andrew Zimmern: Patrick Weiland: In2Itive Content: Kyle Le

Andrew Zimmern, what evers he lost site of who he is & where he's from when he became big on tv. I know you'll do just fine w/how you're running your own show cause u worked darn hard to get where you are now w/ your followers behind u & your true family 100%. Do u know what drew me to your bloog a week ago & enjoy watching each & every video shows? Well do u? Well I'm gonna tell u, it's that 2big eyes of yours when ever u take that 1st bite of every meal than that smile on your face that goes w/it just after that little swallow of pure pure enjoyment your about to taste, hehe that's classic don't ever loose that part of you period. Than there's Ying & Micah, that to me to a higher level in watching you soar w/glimmer shinning satisfaction, I have never seen a person like you shine so bright on his bloog until now, your an inspiration to me & all your millions of follwers, shame on Andrew for not thanking u for having him on your show, rude rude rude so was his crew cause they cater to Andrew & look how they turned out. You don't need to go to any Andrew Zimmern school, for what? To act intelligently rude like him & his crew, please there's way to much people like them already. We love u just the way u are. Thanks for letting me vent on you bloog, a fan J. K#

These are two very different people. We see the industry production side vs vlogging. Being around people while theyre blogging is still new to people and to be on set all day and then do a vlog for someone, that is draining. Yes, Andrew agreed to it but hes also being himself. Hes very sarcastic and blunt and I appreciate it. Mark is not like that. He doesnt joke around that way. He absorbs everything and embraces it. Were now seeing two personalities clash -Andrew talking away and joking while Mark just accepts it. He doesnt take the bait and that where we feel the disconnect. I think both took something from this meet. Mark learned a lot of about production and his influencer while Andrew got to be with someone that doesnt have to rush. He was with someone who enjoys food, culture, and nature. It was a good reminder to both of them about their passion

every one here sayin adrew is disrespectfull? oh my, maybe because those are people who never watch andrew show. andrew always been this way and that how his fans love him, he doest have to change the way he react and do conversation just because he was filmed by a camera which belong to a vloger. peace of advice before you comment on this, try to watch andrew's show discover you're self that this is part of showmanship, and for mark he really have to tell himself f he was beeb offended by andew so this keyboard warriors' ignorance here will be corrected.

Loved the video. Andrew seemed to want to make you feel a part of his team. He used self deprecating humor and seemed genuine in wanting to share the importance of Date Night without the camera. I'm sure he's seen relationships fail by working all the time in the business. Sometimes American humor doesn't translate well. Maybe he (Andrew) is arrogant but I didn't read it that way. It was a great professional opportunity for Mark and Ying. What a great contact/resource to make. Andrew is successful and known world wide.

Andrew and Mark reminded me here of King Saul and David, the shepherd boy. The ole 'Saul Syndrome' was obvious in Andrew. The 'Saul has slain his thousands and David his tens of thousands' chants could be heard if you listened closely. lol Saul knew David was a better man than he but he tried to play it off in public. Same with Andrew knowing that Mark is just a better soul than he is, all around, hands down. Your humility is refreshing, Mark. Plus those animated faces are priceless

LOL at Andrews production crew, you want a maserati, you gotta work UMMMMM isn't Mark working though? Making food/travel vlogs with over a million views isn't making him money? This man is a sponsored youtube STAR. Mark, please don't ever change for anyone, you are who you are, a sweet, respectful, humble man. Remain that way P. S it doesn't have to be a mAsEraTi to work for, it can also be a Honda Accord even Toyota Camry. :) Have a nice day

I'm sorry Andrew zimmern but you lost me as a viewer and fan, you're not who I thought you were. your humbleness as a human being is no where near mark wiens'. I have more to say against you but I won't, you could have learned a lot from mark so do yourself a favor and watch his videos and take notes

Mark you have steadily become my favorite food guy right behind the great Anthony Bourdain RIP and Andrew Zimmern. I watch their shows righteously, but recently Ive been watching your vlogs righteously. To see you two in a vlog together is like watching Albert King and Stevie Ray Vaughn play the blues.
