Read my Amman Travel Guide here: I was invited to take a 12 day trip to Jordan by the Jordan Tourism Board, to mainly focus on eating delicious Jordanian food, but also to see some of the main attractions within the Kingdom. I want to say a big thank you to the Jordan Tourism Board for making this trip happen Im based in Bangkok, Thailand, and so on Day 1 of our trip, my wife and I caught a direct flight from Bangkok to Amman, Jordan with Royal Jordanian airlines. The flight was alright, and it took about 10 hours on our direct flight. We arrived to Queen Alia International Airport, early in the morning at about 5 am, where we were greeted by a representative from Visit Jordan, and proceed to go through customs and immigration and grabbed out bag. We then met with our driver and guide, who brought us directly to La Locanda Boutique Hotel, where we would be staying for the next few days. As soon as I arrived to Amman, I was hungry - after all, it was already noon lunchtime in Bangkok. Luckily it was about 7 am when we checked into our hotel, and so we dropped off our bags and immediately went to have breakfast as the hotel. Im a huge fan of Jordanian breakfast, and I had a bunch of raw vegetables, some bread, and lots of hummus and finally some ful medames for breakfast. It was a fantastic change from what I normally eat for breakfast. After finishing breakfast, we headed back to our room to sleep for a couple hours, before heading out to do some eating and exploring in Amman. Youll find out what we did on Day 2 in Amman, on the next video Song: Read my travel tips and recommendations for Amman, Jordan

Have watched the entire series on Jordan. I was wondering if you paid your own way around the country - travel, food, hotels. Also, did everuthing you ate taste wonderful, or did you have something that wasn't good? I would be more impressed with you findings if there had been a disclaimer at the beginning that you paid for everything yourself. Then we could feel better about the gifts you received along the way from the restaurants, for example. Basically, is this an advertisement for Jordan tourism? Enjoyed the series.

Your travel to Amman, Jordan gave me lots of information and inspiration. Through your videos, I was able to have a glimpse of the place and culture of my son - in law who is a Jordanian. How I wish I could travel to Amman like you to visit the wonderful places likewise have a good taste of their authentic foods. Everyday, I watch your videos after a tiring day as a school principal. Kudos

I appreciate the effort you put into making these videos, but I am concerned about your honesty and telling the truth to viewers with good and bad sides of the food and places you showed. You seem to be liking everything like mad, no matter if it is at the level of trash or jewelry. You must have been awarded quite well by Amman Visitor's Board.

Mark, spare my ears, start chewing with your mouth closed, the smacking sounds you make you when you chew are repulsive. I love your videos, I love the food and the places you show, but you have no table manners and it's really offputting to watch you and more importantly, listen to you.

Hey mark this is totally out of the subject but does your stomach ever get sick from traveling a lot? Whenever I travel my stomach doesn't cope well with the foods from the place I travel to. I was wondering if you have any advice on that.
