You can tell this guy hasn’t got great personal skills but it’s likely because he’s spent years locked away in a kitchen mastering his craft. This guy sure can cook. Most people online won’t recognise his chopping technique was inspired by Masaharu Morimoto and is used to get more flavour out of the onions as opposed to sharp clean cuts. His ability to judge flavours on the fly and adjust for sweetness is impeccable. He will go to the very top!

For those wondering why the hate, I feel it's his choice of clothing. I watched the video on mute (people around me asleep) and I still found him a bit of a turn off because of the choice of clothing. These things may seem out of context BUT dress does make an impact/impression whether we accept it or not.

Little tip, if you get a thicker steak then leaving out out the fridge is a good idea. However, the skinny supermarket ones you get, I myself pop in the freezer for 15/20 mins, as often they will overcook by the time you have a decent crust.
