god all this food is so overdone and pretentious. Since when did plating a dish become rocket science? I can't stand this foofoo 3 bite -dishes--I understand its 3-6 courses but still, WHERE'S THE FOOD

Work hard, play how you like, seems to me i was doing the same 25 yrs ago! Remember he-s a good Chef! But don-t put down a real dough maker, not everyone uses machines in their kitchens!

That's crazy Homie; I need to watch the season of Top Chef with you in it; I knew you from the Chef from crossing Broders; you rocked in that show; love this munchies episode.

What's the name of the bald guy with the goatee and the Ravens shirt during the ending sandwich off? I've seen him on a show before, but I'm high as shit and can't remember.

Been a fan of Michael Voltaggio for a while now, the dude can really, really cook, and he's incredibly creative. Seems like a genuinely nice guy, too. Great episode.

Chefs always seem to have hand tattoos. -I guess because they spend a lot of their working lives looking at them. -I respond to myself, so you don't have to. -The end.

Freaking Dr. Woo. The man, the myth, the legend. Damn I wish I had that deal with him. I would have no skin visible because I would have so many tattoos.
