Jamaican Cuisine at the NyamJam with Action Bronson

As Action Bronson's presence in the Food World becomes more permanent, new and diverse opportunities are popping up for the self proclaimed Human Highlight Reel. This time it popped up in the most beautiful location possible, Goldeneye Resort in Oracabessa, Jamaica. The event was entitled Nyam Jam, and even before Action knew exactly what it was, he agreed to attend. As stated in the video, there was not a single bad bite of food, and if you love hot sauces and various pepper spreads, then you really couldn't do much better. Mr. Bronson honed in on a calabasa slaw prepared by visiting Puerto Rican chef, Jose Enrique and a smoked chicken sandwich from Jamaican grill master, Gariel Ferguson. His experience at Nyam Jam inspired him so much, that upon his arrival back in New York, he immediately got cow foot stew and ate in the parking lot of Home Depot. One love

U crack me up how u sound like u talk black. U look like u grew up in a nice neighborhood nothing ghetto or projects at all. So how do people like yr self pick up that black sound. Cause I grew up some what in a all black neighborhood but I don't talk like that at all. That is y when ever I c a white person & they do that I have 2 ask how is that u talk like that but I don't & i lived in a farley populated colored neighborhood but I don't sound like that.

I don't think it's pronounced -Nai-ahm Jam-. It's pronounced -Nyahm Jam-. The N and Y form a kind of consonantal diphthong. It's like saying Yam with an N sound mixed with the Y. Nyam is Jamaican Patois word meaning eat. It's an onomatopoeia - a word whose pronunciation mimics the sound of the thing it refers to. So NyamJam is like saying -Eat Jam[aica]-.

I-ll like to see his big ass go to every gym instead of every place that sells food. Munchies and Vice gone be at his funeral look nice and slim while he laying in a double wide casket. Do better.
