they freeze it whole with the guts? what kind of idiots are they? we put up hundred of #s of salmon every year. you ALWAYS gut and clean the blood out then freeze. the meat stays firm that way and not mushy and gross. learn to preserve your catch. keeping the guts inside promotes bacteria growth

This series (and the Scotland one) have done such a good job of making me appreciate the diversity and the beauty in our country. Absolutely superb stuff - whoever commisioned this is a genius and Charlet is so good - a real talent.

Where I live, people don't know what to say when I tell them I'm Welsh, it shocks me how many people don't know about this beautiful country! It is such a shame, thank you Munchies for helping to show people how wonderful Wales is.

Her voice is as soothing as David Attenborough. Love these little documentaries, the interaction with the locals, the breaking bread and getting drunk with them, is absolutely fantastic, can-t praise it enough!
