Aaaaahhhhh! I am so tired of this kind of cooking. and people! Was about to stop watching the video but the smokery and the brewery saved it! But no! Then they had to go to Pony! The most pretentious restaurant I've ever been (culinary and pricey) Hope we can see some real CPH/DK some day here like the end of it!

Guys, don't worry about our alcohol consumption. It's a tradition and our genes must've changed over the generations to deal with it. It's the survival of the strongest and if your body can't handle alcohol you won't last for long in Denmark.

These guys are awesome. Close friends + no competitive animosity and just genuine interest in what's good to eat and drink around their area. Probably the best episode, and a totally different tone than some of the other episodes.

I really appreciate Nordic cuisine, they dont have much in terms of food traditionally but they did an incredible job by resurrecting the cuisine with this fine dining/experimental approach

As someone who is about to move to Denmark soon I got to say. The danish lenguage horrifies me (from a learning perspective) but I greatly approve of their alcohol game
