Inexpensive? Depends where you live. Where I am it's a minimum of -10/lb up to -14 or -15. Used to be cheap but the foodies made it popular so, it magically becomes one of the more expensive cuts. Sigh. What do poor people do when all the inexpensive things they used to feed their families with are suddenly four or five times the price?
