Comment Section: -1. People worrying about how he takes a bite of the sandwich. -2. Complaining that he used expensive cuts of meat in the patties. -3. Complaining that he didn-t cook it well enough. --Ok so first of all, I didn-t know there were rules on how to eat a sandwich. Secondly, dry aged beef is delicious in a burger. On top of that, this burger/sandwich is clearly supposed to be something to indulge in every so often so why not use nice meat? Thirdly, everybody has a preference on how to cook their beef. I personally prefer a burger to be cooked medium to medium well, but he obviously enjoys it cooked rare. All I can say is at least its not cooked well done: . -Anyways its 3: 00 a. m and I have no idea why I spent the time to write this out but people just need to relax and understand that just because somebody else does something a different way than you doesn-t mean you get to ridicule them. --Just enjoy what life has to offer and eat good food!

How does this video have 2. 1k likes and all I see in the comments are criticism and jokes about his bite? By the way, respect the Patty melt. Always rye bread, Swiss cheese and regular chuck. It's meant to be simple. No need for bechamel. Seriously. Two pieces of bread, cheese, burger, maybe mayo and some sauteed onions but chill.

I looove a patty melt. but that meat looks pretty red to me. they say that you can do that with fresh ground meat if its from a good butcher shop. not the ground in a chain grocery store they have too much bacteria. I am gonna try the chopped rib eye. min ill be alittle more cooked though.

That's not rare. He literally seared it on both sides and left the middle completely raw. The heat didn't even get passed the first layer. That shit cold in the middle. You can literally see the chunk of white left. The fat didn't even melt.

Now I understand why Americans love real Mediterranean cuisine when you come here. You're used to eat bland and plain food. If you consider this burger has any gastronomical value or is something remarkable, you're missing a lot!

The meat is cooked, even if it is raw in the middle you do know beef tartar is a thing right. -It's completely safe to eat raw as long as you get it from the right people and handle it correctly.

You can get a better patty melt at Dennys. I stuck with all seven minutes of the video thinking I was going to pick up that one tip to send my own patty melts over the top. Nope, didn't happen.
