Things vegans have right: whole grains, or if skipping grains, proper whole vegetables that you process as little as is sensible-Things meat eaters have right: quick delicious protein and fats-Things chefs everywhere have right that your mom doesn't: SPICES-Things vegans have right: cheese isn't good for a lot of adults especially if you're not white because the ability to process lactose in adulthood is really an adaption to get vitamin D, which white people don't get a lot of from the sun up in the north. -Things diet fads have right: if you eat something in every meal cutting back on it is probably a good thing. Looking at you, wheat. -Things vegans have wrong: there's any such thing as moral consumption under capitalism

This man speaks the truth! --One day I felt like I was reborn, in the world of food and quite honestly, living. --I love animals, more than anything, so I said to myself, if I can-t kill them or harm them, I-m living as a hypocrite and on that day, I was DONE. --Food has never tasted so good and I remember saying 10 years ago, there-s not a chance I could be vegan. --Besides being my dog-s Mama, it-s been the biggest accomplishment of my life. Your taste buds change, your life changes and your health changes. --God Bless!

Its funny how people will disregard this guy because of his personality and/or just because hes vegan, yet veganism is BY FACT the best thing for your body, best thing for the planet and best thing for the animals. No if and's and buts. Plant based diet is achievable and it is inevitable that the world is going vegan.

looks good. I don't cook at all. I wish they had some better restaurants where I lived so I could order some decent vegan/vegetarian dishes. I have seen a lot of great vegan or vegetarian restaurants in NYC and cities in California. Teresa Carles Restaurant in Barcelona Spain looks amazing too.

Ever since I watched this video for the first time I-ve changed up my diet/lifestyle big time. I-m not a full blown vegan but I incorporate a lot of good vegan products and meals in my diet and I feel fantastic. Vegan Caesar salad is the easiest nutrient dense meal you can have everyday

Assuming meat will give you a heart attack. Typical vegan. People who get heart attacks spend more time at McDonald's than in the gym. If you could see my physique and see what meat does to me. And compare it to this dudes lovehandles and zero muscle development. Ouch

What about the gabagool? Lol i gave up red meat and basically only eat plant based with some fish and eggs in my diet. I'm mexican and i was able to quit tacos and carne asada but for some reason i can't quit sushi and sashimi lol.

The only thing I'm not a fan of is Daiya cheese. I went Gluten Free, Dairy Free for about 4 months. Daiya is disgusting. Side note, it did get me addicted to Vanilla Almond Milk, like drinking a melted milkshake.

no death? I hate when people act as though plants aren't living beings and like animal life is more important than plant life. Life on land would continue without animals, it wouldn't without plants.
