As a professional chef, this hurts my soul. If you want brisket at home and don't have a smoker that's fine! But please for the love of god don't call it bbq because it's not. Do this to Texas and they'll kick you out

I-m just not sure about Guy-s last name. Like he pronounces it -FeETTI- but it is clearly supposed to be -FeAIRY- like look how it is spelled. I-m just not convinced he knows his own last name. What you all think?
