I used to make this dish but we shucked the clams raw, mixed the peppers and seasoning into a butter paste next and then put the bread crumbs on top w a piece of bacon and then cooked under a broiler which gave it a nice crust on top with the fresh clam underneath. One of our most popular dishes. I always order this if I can find a restaurant that makes it.

Wer-ster-sher, basically. ;)--When I lived in Baltimore, the City fish market had huge prawns, like 3 or 4 to the pound. We'd butterfly them and fill them with clams casino, stick a couple skewers in sideways, and either grill or broil them. Spectacular opener with cocktails.

I normally just see him as the guy from the Pizza Show but he's a pretty good chef host. Also, his culinary school experience is seeping out. Reminds me of watching my chef instructor's cooking demos given at my culinary school, minus the drinking.

Iwish I could make this but theingredients are forbidden to me. He does such a great job throwing out general advice in a recipe that's more detailed than you'd think and he's super likable.

It's -Wooster-Sheer. - Super easy. I know that's not how it's spelled. It's a retarded name. But Worcester is, for whatever reason, pronounced Wooster. Woos as in -wuss- not like -oops. -

The spelling of Worcestershire makes it look more complicated than it really is to say. It only has 3 syllables. It's pronounced Woost-er-shire. In the UK we just call it Wooster sauce.

This guy is terrible. Who decided this basic bro was a good idea for shows like this? ---Go watch him go to pizza places. Everyone can't stand him, it's quite funny.

-Just call it brown sauce. - No. No no no. Worcestershire sauce is not the same as Brown sauce, which is thick like ketchup and goes on your chips or in a bacon sarnie.
